Each designer at Whimsical Divas is an independent contractor and are not considered an employee of Whimsical Divas .

Please read each designer's personal Terms of Use.  It is your responsibility to follow those and should we be made aware of anyone who is abusing these TOUs we will take every step necessary to protect the rights of each designer.
