We have a NO RETURN policy. Refunds will only be issued at the discretion of the store owners.
All products are available for download from your account immediately. The links will remain available for 7 days from date of purchase. Should your download links expire prior to you downloading, please contact us at owner@whimsicaldivas.com.
Should you receive a file that is corrupt, please contact us and we will be happy to replace it. It will be up to the designer to provide you with a new file. Please give us time to contact them and rectify the situation.
